Ingredients:

  • 250 ml unsweetened almond or oat milk 

  • 30 gram Nouk Cacao (for 2 persons)

  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (to taste)

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to desired spiciness)

  • A pinch of sea salt

  • Optional: a dash of vanilla extract

 

Instructions:

  • Heat the plant-based milk in a saucepan over low heat 70-80C.

  • Add the Nouk Cacao, maple syrup (or honey), cayenne pepper,                      and a pinch of sea salt. Whisk it gently.

  • Pour the spicy hot chocolate into cups and enjoy the warming sensation with a subtle spiciness!
